My rate is $140 for individual therapy and $165 for couples/family therapy.

All appointments are 55 minutes.

I work with adults in individual, couples, and family therapy seeking support with the following experiences:

• PTSD and complex trauma (CPTSD)

• Chronic pain and disability: support adjusting to, integrating, and grieving issues related to disability, chronic pain, and health diagnoses—especially when related to CPTSD

• Couples therapy for: communication, defensiveness, issues related to sex and sexuality, trauma, queer or hetero couples, multi-ethnic/multi-racial couples, addressing imbalances of privilege and power

• Adult children of parents with personality disorders

• Recovery from narcissistic abuse

• High sensitivity: Highly Sensitive People/HSPs/empaths

• Neurodiversity: emotion regulation skills, defensiveness, authenticity and unmasking, overstimulation, rejection sensitivity, demand avoidance

• Sexual trauma

• Depression and anxiety

• Racial identity development: cultivating self love, identity, community, power, and strength within generational trauma from historic and ongoing legacies of systemic annihilation

• Minority stress: cumulative stress/trauma from oppression, marginalization, and ongoing exposure to microaggressions

• Men working on vulnerability, getting in touch with emotions, and examining their privilege

• Attachment concerns/ family of origin wounds & experiences

• Grief and loss

• People healing from eating disordered mindsets, body shame, diet culture, & people in larger bodies/people who identify as fat

• Untangling from the imprint of white supremacy culture, including internalized perfectionism, individualism, aloneness, defensiveness, conflict avoidance, objectivity, implicit bias, etc.

People currently experiencing domestic violence, psychosis, schizophrenia, DID, OCD, bipolar disorder, hoarding, and personality disorders are outside my current scope of practice. Please refer elsewhere if you need care for these kinds of issues.
