Therapy for Therapists in portland, oR

Are you a therapist looking for a therapist for yourself?

I really enjoy working with fellow therapists, especially therapy graduate students or new career therapists.

I understand the weight this work can carry. When your personal story and experiences merge with the emotional landscapes you explore with clients, it can feel quite overwhelming. There’s also a magic in this: our work is a near-constant ignitor of self-work and growth. I’d love to support your humanness, to honor your full experience and to be an advocate for your well-being.

You may find yourself craving a space where you can delve into what surfaces for you as a therapist, in a deeper way than you can in supervision or consultation.

If you’re here looking for support specific to being a therapist, you may be hoping to address…

  • burnout

  • imposter syndrome

  • perfectionism & people pleasing

  • self doubt & shame

  • anxiety

  • secondary trauma

I also understand there’s so much more to you than your work! And I’d love to support you with the other parts of your life and experiences. I especially enjoy supporting folks around:

  • neurodivergence

  • sexual concerns

  • body image (through a HAES lens)

  • complex trauma and/or emotional abuse

  • anxiety and panic

You deserve a space just for you! I’d love to co-create a therapy space, where you can be your full self and be cared for well.

Meet Your Therapist, Chelsea

I am a nerdy, tender-hearted, cat-loving and compassionate human. My hope is that therapy can lead you to living a more empowered life, in which all parts of you get to be honored.

I hold up a lantern so you can walk the sometimes dark and heavy paths life presents, to find a cozy & warm place to land: a place of fulfillment, self-trust, and connection. I offer therapy for therapists in Portland, OR.
