  • I currently only provide therapy virtually, via a secure and HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform.

    As I am licensed to practice only in the state of Oregon, you must be in Oregon at the time of our virtual appointment.

  • I value financial transparency and want to be sure costs of therapy and insurance options are clear.

    • Individual therapy rate: $200 per 55 minute session.

    • Couples and sex therapy rate: $250 per 55 minute session.

  • Yes, starting at $150.

  • I am in network with the following insurances for individual therapy only:

    • MODA

    • Regence BCBS (including Anthem of CA and Healthcare Management Administrators aka HMA)

    • OHP Open Card (typically as a secondary insurance.) I am unable to bill Care Oregon or Trillium.

    • Aetna

    • In process of credentialing with Optum/United Healthcare

    I am not able to accept insurance for couples therapy, as couples therapy is not a covered service by insurance.

  • Yes! I offer a free initial consultation, which is 30 minutes and held over video call. This allows us to determine if I’m the right therapist to support you & for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy.

  • I offer 55 minute sessions.

  • I provide therapy for adults ages 25 and above.
